Our dough

Our dough is freshly prepared using a blend of superior flours from Southern Italy and the tastiest extra-virgin olive oil from Sicily. It is then proved slowly for 48-72 hours before being stretched by hand and stone-baked at extremely high temperatures. The result is a product that remains crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
