Introducing gourmet pizza

We are a family from the Veneto region in Northern Italy who are incredibly passionate about gourmet pizza, a relatively novel concept where a dough made with a blend of premium flours is coupled with high quality ingredients in mouth-watering recipes.

Our mission is to inspire non-Italians by introducing them to the lesser-known flavours and produces of our regional cuisines which are often sourced by small family-run suppliers.
